Views on the road to (and from) Sandpoint |
These shots were
taken on three different trips but it shows some of the scenery to enjoy
along the way. By accident, I shot a picture from the car and
captured the view behind me in the rear view mirror. It it so
interesting to see the two views at the same time, I continued to take
MANY pictures doing that. Since they were doing much construction that summer, the traffic was stopped periodically. As I sat at a red light on the road by the river near Thompson Falls, I started cracking up and thinking to myself how typical of Montana to have a stoplight in the middle of nowhere on the highway. The last set of pictures was a beach I found on the opposite side of the lake from Sandpoint. It was a public beach but you had to drive through a large area of residences to get there...it was beautiful! |
