| It was a
dark and stormy night...well actually it was sorta sunny and around 5:30
pm... when i started my drive to Frenchtown. All seemed normal and
i enjoyed the pleasant drive...once i left the horror of Missoula's
after work on a Friday traffic!!!
As i drove up Felicia Lane to the "Big" house, it seemed like something was not quite right. i couldn't put my finger on it until i pulled into the driveway and saw the abandoned bicycles and children's toys left by the side. "Where are the children?" i thought to myself. i realized that that is what seemed wrong...no happy faces running to the car to greet me...no cheerful voices calling out to me... i timidly climbed the front steps and noticed the front door was a bit ajar. i peeked my head through the door and called out... "Halllllllooooooooo.....anyone home?" i pushed the door in slowly and heard it creak but other than that, all was quiet...too quiet!! i walked into the living room and looked down and to my horror this is what i saw... |
